Behavioral based questions regarding how you would react to certain situations. Very fast process as i was hired within 3 days from interview. Asks what skill set you would like to be under between health & welfare, 401 K and pension benefits.

What type of adversity did you face and how did you overcome it?
Did an assessment and wrote about my reasons for wanting to work with the company. It was not bad at all, and I got an offer for the position. Remember to ask about salary because it hard to get promote within the company.

Entretien
For remote position there were Two interviews, first one is answering questions while video recording. You are given the option on each question to record your response three times before submitting. Second interview was over the phone.
