Campus Recruiting interviews are typically move strenuous as they involve on campus interviews and in-person interviews. Once you make it pass the campus interview/ Zoom interview the on-site interviews can be less intimidating IMO bc you’ve already made it so far. Most of the interview questions are situational based and the most effective answers use the STAR method.

Pretty normal interview questions. Conflict management, strengths vs. weakness, availablity, any questions for us, etc. In person interview with one other person. Whole process took less than 45 minutes. It was not complex or stressful.
