Offer came on basis of cocubes marks. Then company hr visited our college and took 3 rounds which were elimination rounds. First was Apptitide then group discussion then apptitude+English comprehension via gate platform.
Selected students were called for 1:1 interview at Gurgaon office where recruitment manager asked basis questions like whatever you mentioned in your CV, then some questions from SQL, puzzle questions.

Couple of tech rounds (One written aptitude and one more with the panel) followed by a HR round that happened at their work location.
Round 1 - General aptitude
Round 2 - Understand if you have basic understanding of SDLC,STLC, SQL and other basic software terms
Round 3 - HR round, more of an cultural fit

Interview process was easy. Interviewer and HR were also good, just 2 Technical and 1 HR round were there. They were good while rescheduling the interviews as I was busy with my current projects.

A long interview process (4-5hours). I interviewed with two people. and then had a panel discussion with what would be future colleagues. Followed by dinner. This process was right out of college. I met with a representative at the college fair and got selected for an interview.
