Very methodical, detailed process consists of following-
1. Initial screening call
2. Competency Excel including personality tests
3. Deputy round of interview
4. Technical Interview
5. AON test
6. Final approval
As I mentioned, one of the best and organized process with good adherence to TAT

Good, I Interacted with Sr. Person here she took my interview and explain about company and culture. so I find out lots of thing about there work, Mission and Visions,
I applied through College. The process took 1 weeks. The process was 1st telephonic 2nd virtual 3rd assessment and they rejected me after the 3rd assessment round which is funny and got me to know that this company is a complete fraud and they just conduct the process to reject you. It's just a marketing stunt to increase the footfall as there projects are expensive and they think this marketing strategy will attract IIM, ISB, FMS, XLRI to buy there flats.
