It's ironic that they're so committed to customer success, yet can't spare a few minutes to provide feedback to candidates who made it through multiple interview rounds.
After spending around 10+ hours on reading the documentation, preparing for interviews and implementing the interview task I haven't got an update regarding my recruitment process. I asked for the feedback, yet I have never received it. Utterly dissapointing.

The process was thorough but very kind and very fair. Honestly, I was a bit taken aback because I had never encountered an interview process that was so kind and not at all adversarial. The interview focused a lot on the tech, ux, and communication skills that I had. They also spent a lot of time just getting to know me.
