I applied through collage campus placements, it was one day process. Few people were shortlisted for Aptitude test which was consisting of general Aptitude which was very easy and technical section which required good knowledge of your engineering subjects (mechanical in my case). Shortlisted candidates appeared for interviews technical and HR separately. Interviewers were very friendly and interview wasn't stressful at all. They asked me questions on metallurgy, iron carbide diagram, properties of material, heat treatments, som and why do you think you're suitable for this sales position, what are your qualities, areas where you need to improve yourself etc
