I got the interview through submitting my resume in an university career fair. A HR staff called me initially to set up the interview with a principle scientist in the company. The phone interview was more about clarifying what I have done and what I can bring to the company. I was contacted by another scientist from the company for a second phone interview. The questions were more technical. Just make sure you can explain what you put on your resume.
