I was a late entrant to the process, as interviews had been occurring for some time. The Aledade team scheduled rapid, successive web-based interviews with a cross-functional team that included senior-most executives. This allow both parties to make a quicks decisions that allowed us to be responsive to others (other potential employers in my case, other potential candidate in Aledade's case). They showed a level of efficiency, flexibility and urgency that I have rarely experienced in the hiring process.
