They use recruiters to find their hires. The interview process is pretty informal, though there is a test. They mostly judge you through the 6m probation period after you are hired.

Entretien
Interviewed with the two AVPs and completed an exercise where I was required to review an audit. After the audit was reviewed, had a 30 minute discussion with one of the AVPs regarding issues at the property.
