It was pretty standard I was called in and sat down with the hiring managers interview took about 30 mins they asked me questions seeking my behavior along with giving me an overview of the role.

The interview process was very straightforward and focused primarily on assessing your technical skills as well as your customer service abilities. They also asked about your experience handling multitasking in a busy environment.
