Was hired through C&m recruitment, interview with Alcon was very short they asked the usual questions. I found the experience quite informal and I didn't feel any pressure during the interview.
It was fast straight to the point and effortlessly interviewer was friendly and welcoming and was able to calm my nerves down which i found very heart warming and comforting
it was very easy, was done with a production supervisor of the department and the manager of Human Resource from Alcon and the manager of Human Resource of the Agency

At first i met with c&m recruitment and they put me forward for an interview with Alcon. It was a short interview with a representative from alcon and another from c&m recruitment. It lasted about 15 minutes. It was not very formal and pretty relaxed.
