I have sent my application directly to the Customer Service Manager, i received an answer after 2 days.
the interview was online by zoom with Customer Service Manager and HR. then i received an email after 2 weeks with rejection.

How do you deal with pressure or stressful situations?
Four interviews, the first was a phone call and the second one with team leader and the others with directors of the department in videoconference. Each interview takes around 45/55 minutes and the first 5 minutes they introduced themselfs and the company.
