The job was posted on LinkedIn. I submitted an application and received a phone call and email from a member of their Talent Acquisition Team to schedule an interview. We had a 30 minute phone interview and I was submitted to the Hiring Manager. I had a 45 minute or so phone interview with the Hiring Manager. I was told I would hear back within a couple of weeks. About two weeks later I received an email from the Recruiter saying they were going with another candidate that they felt was a better fit.
