I had a HR & a Techinical 1:1 interview at the university campus. The questions were interesting and everything was based on my resume. After these personal iterviews I had a final phone interview which was again very general and discussed more about my past experiences. I got the reply in a few hours accepting me to the Co-op program.

I was emailed about the co op i applied for, and the recruiter asked me to send her my latest resume and my availability for a phone call. We called each other, and the phone seemed ok. I followed up with her, and she replied back a couple days later saying that she just found out they cut the co op program due to Alcon being in the process of gaining 100% sharehold. She said that though that if any positions come up for the summer I'd find out.

Only one phone interview. Mainly talked about the resume and the previous experience. Collaboration experience and communication skills are very important to the hiring person.
Generally, the interview is quite easy

It was an on-campus interview for a co-op position. 1:1 interview with 2 different employees from different departments. General questions, nothing technical:
Why do you want to work at Alcon ?
Where do you see yourself in 10 years ?
What are your weaknesses and strengths ?
