Two Rounds: Phone and In-Person interview. After phone screening, I was asked to go for in-person next week. In-Person interview was 45 minutes long, after the interview hiring manager took me to meet her team and other labs to understand what they do.

Fast and easy. The interviewers were kind and seemed to be genuinely interested in me not only as a interviewee but as a person, which I thought was really nice.
Very personal interview with 1 on 1 face to face setting with manager and supervisor. They ask about your technical skills and will ask you to perform a gram stain by following their SOP
