Got past the recruiter call and first interview with the reporting manager and then the second interview was scheduled a couple weeks out then rescheduled again with the date ending up being 2 months after our last conversation which was way too long for an interview process in my opinion

Structured and everyone I spoke to was very nice and humble. They were really trying to get to know me and why I wanted to work at Albertsons. Great team and great set of people.

One of the most unprofessional, badly handled candidate experiences I have ever been through. In short an offer was made over email and then the recruiter ghosted me for 10 days after me providing my start date. They then came back and asked me to start in less than 10 days, without a formal offer letter. I requested time for a notice period and that was not honored. There was no communication along the way. Companies that treat candidates like this as we overcome a pandemic and real adversity, deserve a whole lot of bad karma. Avoid this company unless you have a direct connection.
