Just one round of interviews with their panel of the technical architects, a VP, and another manager. It was supposed to be a giant one major round before arriving at a final decision. The interview as mostly technical, and only one interviewer turned up, rest didn't even bother to attend. There isn't any review for this role in this company either. I should have studied this first before interviewing with them.

Question 1
The interviewer joins the zoom interview with a baseball hat on and keeps it on till the end. He spends 15 minutes explaining his role and what they are doing. At that point itself, I could guess he wasn't prepared for the interview, but this was set up a few days ago. Two others were supposed to joint but they never show up.
He asks me about myself and my projects. Then he starts confusing me about my own projects. I can see he wasn't prepared with questions. This goes on for 25 minutes. Finally, it is only 10 minutes to wrap up the interview. He asks about modeling a NoSQL datastore. At that time, someone else joins the interview too, and then the confusion goes to another level. I am confused if I have to speak or wait or what's happening. Then he comes back and asks me to continue, then someone else joins again. It was a mess, and the last 10 minutes was a disaster, which wasn't my fault.
I can see these guys don't seem to respect the process or the candidate's time. Some don't respect the process, and the one that attends seems to have no plans on how to execute it. wow!

Interview was arranged by ANSR, interview went well. And was good. Feedback was positive.
But didn’t hear back from them , despite following up they said they didn’t receive feedback from recruiter.
Looks like this is kind of pattern happening to many of them.

The hiring process has been quite confusing from the ANSR recruitment team’s side. As a candidate who has received an offer, I believe there should be a higher level of clarity, consistency, and respect throughout the process.
In contrast, the interview process with Albertsons was highly professional, well-structured, and smooth. However, my experience with ANSR has been inconsistent. There was a lack of proper email communication, with most updates happening over calls, and at times without clear follow-up.
Additionally, the interview process experienced significant delays over several months due to miscommunication, which added to the overall confusion.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve the experience for future candidates.
The 1st round was hiring manager round where he deep dived into the projects I had on my resume and asked me to explain the structure of the project along with the reasoning behind selecting that tech stack.
