I submitted an application online, went into the store a few days later to follow up on application in which they wrote down my name and number. Got a call a few days later asking if i still want the position, so they scheduled me an interview the next week. Next week comes around and I sat down with the trainer and it was very straight forward. She asked me 1 question and then we proceeded to go over my application and go ahead with the hiring process. She was funny and nice. The computer was pretty slow so we had a laugh about that. Talked about family. Went over my availability and school and talked about the position. No drug screening which i was surprised

Applied online and received a call from one of the 5th Managers. They asked me scenario based questions, like how I would deal with a co-worker abusing our discounts. It was quite lengthy because the manager was writing down all my responses. If you are thorough, you can answer most of their questions when they ask the first one.

Long. I was in there for about 2 hours. Easy, not many people I talked too. Mostly the manager and that's about it. Alright first job. Want to do more out side of this.
