Step one is to submit your online application and resume. Personally, I attended a hiring event. At hiring events, you are asked very typical interview questions, it is pretty casual. Make sure to ask about how to follow up; followup is crucial. I reccommend following up by directly expressing your interest in the job to the hiring manager a few days after attending the hiring event. The manager may schedule an additional “interview”, which, in my expeirience, was really just a scheduled time to do job training , as I was hired upon following up.

Applied online and received a call from one of the 5th Managers. They asked me scenario based questions, like how I would deal with a co-worker abusing our discounts. It was quite lengthy because the manager was writing down all my responses. If you are thorough, you can answer most of their questions when they ask the first one.

Long. I was in there for about 2 hours. Easy, not many people I talked too. Mostly the manager and that's about it. Alright first job. Want to do more out side of this.
