What a horrible experience. The process lasted months, and they never got back to me after the 3rd interview. 1st interview - Recruiter: This was a nice quick basic interview, the recruiter was very nice and informative. 2nd interview - Designers: This interview was with two of the designers that I would be managing. They were very kind and very thorough with their interview, great questions and an overall great but exhausting experience. 3rd interview - Boss/superior: This is where things started to go south. Not only had it been over 2 months since I'd applied, but the coordinator made a mess of the instructions for the call and caused me to waste a lot of my time. The interview itself was dreadful, the interviewer was cold and uninterested, clearly interviewing was not their forte as they had no clue how to ask questions and converse with the candidate. One of my worst ever interview experiences. And finally, to this day, we're coming up to my 5th month since I applied to work at Plated. I have not heard back since my 3rd interview, which I assume means they are not interested, however they should have had the common decency to tell me. Overall, the complete lack of respect I felt towards me as time went on during this interview process was horrid. Your candidates are your future, please treat them as such.
