I don’t think they read my cover letter or resume at all. They were surprised I did not have formal education as a privacy officer and that I did not have specific privacy experience. I was supposed to get the interview but figured they saw something but I don’t think they even reviewed my stuff. Continuously asking about privacy credentials and experience despite my being very clear that I didn’t have it specifically though I had xyz transferable skills. I ended the interview on my own because clearly i did not have what they wanted and it was a waste of everyone’s time. They also rescheduled the interview twice. Very sloppy.
