Two step process with a phone screening and an in person interview. Where they tested my skills in typing and also behavioural questions.
They tested me on my knowledge on customer service. At the time they were needing lots of staff to hire for their covid department and so the interview was only around 30 minutes long

so far so good, The interviewer is nice and direct, can direct communicate with manager and Human resource executive. The interview process is quick and easy. and can get the result directly.

Had 3 tests which were basic and an half an hour interview with 2 of the head of the department each taking turns asking questions. It was mostly related in your own experience.
