Application process is purely online, took more than a month. 1 aptitude test, 1 technical test, 1 HR phone interview and a 1-hr video call interview with the hiring managers. More on situational questions and they really want to know your background in terms of what technologies you used and how you address issues and situations in your job.

The interview process was very straightforward and clear. Initially I had a short conversation with hr, then an aptitude test and finally interview with hiring managers. Wish more companies adopted this type of interview styles.
