The interview process consists of multiple stages; 1) Online application 2) Online assessment (capacity and personality) 3) Interview with an external company 4) Business day The online assessment is not that hard, you just need to practice a lot. The interview is with a psychologist and someone of Albert Heijn.

They asked a lot of questions about my personality test. The interview is almost completely about the personality test.
