I received a phonecall from one of the managers about two weeks after I initially applied and was asked in for an interview the following week. I was interviewed by Tim, the mechanic manager, and Tim, the regional manager. They were very nice guys and we're straight to the point. Right down to business, explaining the job, what I'd be doing, benefits, etc.
