My interviews were very positive and consisted of detailed explanations of what to expect working at sea with commercial fishers. I always felt like I was needed and that my presence would be appreciated at the company.

Straightforward and very informative about position. Asked about my qualifications and told me all about what to expect with the job. Gave me an offer the next day. Explained almost every aspect of the process.
