Entretien
Process just as described in other posts - read past posts and learn the history about the company, they want honest, good, hard working people. Telephone screening you will know immediately if you are asked to proceed on to a face to face interview. During the Face to face portion (on a different day) the length of the day will depend on how far you go - usually ending well into the afternoon (6 pm) and you will be offered a conditional job offer the same day. Conservative company, age not a factor, many just starting new career at Alaska after retirement.

Entretien
Two virtual interviews that included an AI interview, a personality questionnaire and a “test” of your ability to use resources provided to answer flight-related questions. After that you’re invited to an in-person interview.
The interview process is lengthy and in depth. They really dive deep. Overall, it was a great experience and ensured that they find the right fit. I did end up accepting and am awaiting training.
