Very tight AI system that screens. I answered honestly, that I did not have the years of experience they were asking, but knowing I was barely shy of it. I thought that this 6 months could be explained in a TA interview screen. I received two emails at the same time after submitting- one acknowledging my application and the other letting me know I was not in consideration as I didn't meet the minimum requirements. It would be lovely to see them embrace the more forward thinking processes and stances that other companies have, regarding those who may meet most but not all of the qualifications applying.
