Initial interview is a phone conversation. I think it was a third party company. Basic questions. After that you're invited to a 1:1, however, you have to pay for your own airfare to either Anchorage or Seattle. The interview consists of 3 rounds. The first round has you devided up into groups of about 15. They'll go around the room asking questions and scenarios to each person. The 2nd round is 1:1 with 2 HR employess who go over some more STAR and situational questions and inquire about your background. The last round your reunited with the remaining interviewees and seated in front of a panel of 6 (FAs, Management, HR). They have you work with groups in different scenarios. Basically they're trying to see if you work/communicate well with others. They want to see if you know how to be a team leader yet at the same time if you're a team player.
