applied online about a month ago. Last week I got an email inviting me to do a video interview and you have 3 days to complete.if you pass the video interview they will call you for the in person interview, today I got a call from a recruiter inviting me to the in person interview at the hotel on Monday morning she explained to me the job title responsibilities, pay rate and benefits And planned on staying 3-4 hours as they do the interview and orientation and also asked if I'm available to do the 10 day training in Seattle Washington.

I applied for the CSA position and answered about 50 questions . I was invited to a pre orientation presentation via Zoom. There were about 35 people on the call. It lasted an hour. Individuals were not asked any questions , but you could ask questions . We were told we would hear within the next few days if chosen for a one on one interview. Basically they have their mind made up since they do not get to know you .

Very simple, easy, and straight forward. All you have to do is go into the interview, and be yourself. Smile a lot and show the recruiters why you are the right person for the job
