I applied online 5/23/16 and received a email to do a video interview on 5/24/16. Three days to complete the video interview. I did the video interview on 5/25/16. I actually thought I didn't do so well on the interview and thought I could have answered some of the questions better. However, today, 5/31/16 I received a call to schedule an in-person interview in Seattle on June 22nd. I am very excited/nervous/anxious for this interview. The only downside to this process is that you do have to pay for your own flight and stay. I am hoping that there are some others scheduled for the interview who would maybe like to discuss/help each other out preparing for the interview. Also if anyone has recommendations on where to stay that would be great too.

Entretien
Two virtual interviews that included an AI interview, a personality questionnaire and a “test” of your ability to use resources provided to answer flight-related questions. After that you’re invited to an in-person interview.
The interview process is lengthy and in depth. They really dive deep. Overall, it was a great experience and ensured that they find the right fit. I did end up accepting and am awaiting training.
