The interview process felt inefficient overall. There were multiple stages that could have been consolidated, and the team interview didn’t seem particularly impactful. The UI/UX test itself was easy, but the instructions and structure could have been clearer. The process also lacked feedback, which made it difficult to understand areas for improvement. It felt like the expectations were closer to a senior-level candidate, despite the role being positioned as entry level. If this feedback is being reviewed, I’d encourage investing more in candidates—teaching your standards and ways of working—rather than being overly selective at the entry stage.
