As described on their website, no surprises there. My main grievance is how some European companies (French in particular) seem to be taking interviewing processes into a "show us how hard you can lick the boot" competition, where you are not only interviewing for a job, but you are also supposed to show how badly you want that company in particular, they will ask how you showcase their company values, you even have to lookup in advance and learn how they like questions answered, they don't give guidelines, so it's up to you to burn your time learning the "Alan way".

Very comprehensive process, covering software philosophy, implementation, architecture, behaviour. I talked to more than a dozen different people in the company. The good thing is that I really got to know the singular and interesting value system of Alan.
