I spent four months interviewing for this position just to be ghosted after the final round interview. There was a 3-week gap between the first and second rounds, then a 3-hour assessment that required a ridiculous amount of work that an outside contractor would easily charge thousands for. The people I spoke to were very personable and clearly very dedicated to their work, but they did not respect my time throughout this process. I withdrew my application due to a lack of communication and a demanding interview process.
