The VP of this agency, Patrick Delmedico had actively pursued hiring me a few years back. He hemmed and hawed and when I took a firm offer, he almost started "crying", offered me $15,000 more and more vacation time. I kept my to my obligation. This office is 60 miles from where we live now, but we have always wanted to buy down there. I called the recruiter Dave Kolb to see if this agency was hiring. Supposedly, I caught it at the right time, they needed someone with my experience immediately and an interview was scheduled. When I got down there, I had to wait about fifteen minutes past the interview time and then thee whole interview took fifteen minutes, and he said he did not have an opening.
