Simple application via company portal, interview consisted of 3 steps, call with an HR, call with hiring manager and then head of master data department. It took a while to receive a feedback (longer than it was promised)

Great, fast, but based on skills. The interviews really look for potential candidates that can perform a certain level of quality in order to fit the role quickly. Moreover it is critical to be an excel guru in order to pass the skills test.
