I had an interview for Site Engineering Manager. I was asked to do a short presentation about a topic that they provided it to me few days before.
After the presentation, they asked me about my favorite color and favorite animal?
It was so suprising question for a managerial level job. I considered it as non-professional approach.
They did not give me any feedback after.

They did not ask these at beginning to consider these as icebreaker.

Contacted by recruiter by phone then interviewed with Operations Director and his staff. They used behavioral interview questions, asking for many examples of work. They were interested in both technical knowledge and personality. Organizational fit seemed to be important. Operation seems to be very fast paced and may not have enough people so overtime is required.
