prescreening via phone call - 1st stage interview via zoom call with the manager (technical person), typical behavioural questions use STAR method to answer, from their line of questioning you could already tell where they are going and what kind of candidates they are looking for - 2nd stage interview via zoom call also with the technical person, one hour is allocated. line of questioning is very specific and based on your CV, no need to worry, as you should know your CV best.

Two rounds of interviews. The first one is with HR, and the second is with the technical manager. Questions generally from previous experience. Some behavioural questions as well. Any previous experience /knowledge with production/r&d is good.
