1st stage interview over Teams. 2nd stage interview on site, comprising of 5 min presentation on a scientific topic, followed by 1 hour competency, 30 min technical then a lab tour. A short intermission would have been beneficial, as everything was back-to-back - very intense, as consistently bombarded with questions.
