Once I applied, my future boss reached out to me and asked for some writing samples. At the time I was still a student so I sent academic work. I was then invited for an interview where I met with two managers and was asked a series of questions. After the interview, I did not hear back from the company until Halloween day where I was mailed an official acceptance packet.
