The first interview was over the phone to sanctuary graduate and was your typical competency interview. The next stage is a the last stage and involves a 5 minute presentation about how you embody one of the companies values followed by 5 minutes of questions. Then a 20 minute technical interview and lastly a 15 minutes competency interview.
