This was a horrible experience which still has me mad and questioning myself. A Recruiter called me and asked if I had time for a quick impromptu phone interview, I said ok even though I was at home and you could hear kids in the background, so it was either the weekend or late in the day since they were not at school. Weird. He assured me it was ok and understands we all have family commitments. I was asked some typical interview questions and all seemed well and I was invited for a second interview on teams with two higher ups. I had my camera on and there were two men on the other side watching me with their cameras off. Which I thought was extremely strange and made me feel uncomfortable. I must’ve done well because I was then invited to a THIRD interview at the company sight in Houston. I met with the Regional Customer Service Manager and I thought it went really well. She was awesome and the interview made me feel like I was talking to a friend and it was completely informal and not so typical questions. Very conversational. We then did a tour of the facility and I was introduced to other employees, I was told I did well and was qualified for the job. I felt certain I would receive an offer. I was told someone would reach out the following week. Well two weeks went by and I didn’t hear from anyone. I called the recruiter and the phone went to voicemail every time. I emailed the recruiter and he said I was the runner up and he would get back to me when he gets more information. It’s been three months and they’ve obviously ghosted me. Couldn’t even have the decency after wasting my time with weird interviews to say they’ve gone with someone else. I still get emails from indeed saying they are hiring for the same role. Very unprofessional company.

Straightforward. 1st was the usual interview with HR. 30,000 foot level overview of you, and your background. Next step is with the sales manager. More detailed, as would be expected.
