For my initial round - met with 4 people (2 partners, 2 counsel) for about 30 minutes each. I found them to be mostly socially awkward and difficult to connect with.

Initial 20 minute interview with practice group partner. Interview came through On Campus Interview program. Requested both resume and transcripts prior to the interview. Interview was randomly generated and employer did not have the opportunity to select interviewees.
