A very positive experience overall. The process involved 5 rounds, including technical stakeholders and leadership. The interviewers were respectful and clearly had read my resume. The focus was heavily on how a TPM can support SRE teams and remove blockers rather than just micromanaging tickets. HR kept me updated, though the final offer approval took a few days

Entretien
There were 8 rounds of interviews. Mostly technical with a few HR questions in between. Pathetic experience. I have heard from everyone that company is good and all so I was quite excited. But they took 8 rounds of interviews over 3 months and in the end told they chose someone senior over me, they feel I am a bit young for the job. Did they not know my age or experience in first interview. Wasted 3 months.
