I had an interview scheduled- twice, actually- with an HR rep from the company, and both times SHE was a no show. The first time she reached out over 3 hours after our originally scheduled interview to apologize because she got caught up in meetings and just? Missed the interview? It happens, so we rescheduled. And that time she also did not show up to her video call- I sent her a message over email and LinkedIn to see if I was maybe in the wrong place (despite using the link she provided) and it has been 5 days, she has never followed up. Now, I'm also in HR- I understand you are probably getting a lot of applicants, or perhaps you changed your mind on my resume. Either way, please inform the candidate so they can plan accordingly. I have wasted an hour of my time trying to get in contact with an interviewer who never showed up to their own interview.

The interview process was very professional and through. I was not rushed and we went over my thoughts on the perfect job and discussed salery expectations in detail. I was very comfortable the entire time.
