It was one month between application submission and initial screen. The chat went well and I was given a timeline for next steps. I followed up couple days later and didn't get a response. I sent one more follow up the week after and heard nothing. A month later, I suddenly received an email asking for my availability. I sent my availability same day, and yet again, no response. Three and half weeks later, I received a rejection email. Very poor communication, I can't recommend anyone bother applying in good conscience.
