Super simple and easy. If they are really interesting you will get interviewed by the head manager and then a second interview with the owner of the company. They ask general questions and basically want to see if you would be available to help out in other departments if necessary. Both interviews are one on one. They were also really short, I was only there for about 20 minutes because all the questions were previously created.
