The interview session was held via Microsoft Teams, with all candidates interviewed together in one session. As a result, other candidates could hear each other during the interview. I thought this was great because it allowed me to learn about the other candidates and their backgrounds.
During the interview, the interviewer asked us to introduce ourselves, followed by questions about where we are staying and our marital status. The interviewer (Miss Diyana) also briefly explained the benefits, such as travel allowance, annual leave, and the duration of the training program. Finally, candidates were given a chance to ask questions.
The next day, I received an email informing me that I had passed the interview. There will be two weeks of soft skills training, which may be conducted either online or face-to-face (this is yet to be confirmed).
Please note that the allowance is a standard RM2,000, BUT EXCLUDING EPF and SOCSO contributions, which is great!
