First phone call with HR and then an interview with HR and Managers. The interview was mainly talk about myself and show my motivations. Overall, the process took 2 weeks.

I am an Airbus Middle East Africa employee and have to use the link for external applications. We do not have access to internal mobility.
As such we compete with all external applicants.
In three years at AAME i did send over 50 applications, i had 2 interviews which were not successful.

Two different test in the HQ, one of knowledge and the other competency. Then , one serious interview with the Human Resource department, asking your CV, motivation and personal inquiris. Finally, you have an interview with the division manager., which is a bit more informal
