I applied through the company's website and, after approximately six weeks, was contacted by Talent Acquisition to complete a HireVue interview. About three weeks later, I was invited for an in-person interview and assessment.
The all-day assessment included a range of activities: interviews with the hiring manager and HR, a case study, a negotiation exercise, a team-building task, multiple-choice questions to evaluate technical skills, and exercises to assess listening and observation abilities.
